What happens after you hit send.
You sent the scouts. Now somebody has to answer every reply, go back and forth on times, and get interviews onto the calendar. Scout IQ does that part — it writes as you and books against your real availability. Scout IQ is operated by ESAI Agency K.K., a licensed recruiting agency (13-ユ-319155) — an independent sending service that Headhunt.AI hands off to.
The rules it can't break
A few things about Scout IQ are fixed in the software itself. There is no setting that turns them off.
Nothing unchecked goes out
Every message is checked before it can be sent. If no message passes the check, nothing is sent and a person takes over the thread.
The AI doesn't decide what happens next
It writes the words. Whether to send, wait, book a meeting, or hand the thread to a person is decided by fixed rules.
It won't pretend to be a person
Scout IQ never says it's human. If a candidate asks whether they're talking to a person, a person takes over.
No means no
One opt-out is enough. The candidate gets a short confirmation and isn't contacted again — in any campaign.
And some replies go to a person every time, no matter how the system is set up: opt-outs, legal and visa questions, compensation negotiations, hostile threads, and “am I talking to a person?”
Getting Scout IQ
Scout IQ is separate software, run by a separate company. Available inside AgentRPO engagements, and for Headhunt.AI organizations with Send Scouts — talk to us. For Headhunt.AI organizations it comes at no additional cost, and the account you already have signs you in.
If you want to see the handoff from the Headhunt.AI side, it's called Send Scouts.
Want to see it on your own scouts?
Tell us a little about your team and we'll take it from there.
