Terms of Service

The Japanese text of these terms is the governing version; this English version is a reference translation.

1. The service

Scout IQ is a sending service operated by ESAI Agency K.K. It sends approved scouts, responds to candidate replies, and schedules interviews.

2. Eligibility

The service is provided inside AgentRPO engagements and to Headhunt.AI organizations with Send Scouts, enabled by us at the organization level.

3. Prohibited use

Use that violates law, contact that disregards a candidate's stated wishes, use with false job information, or interference with the operation of the service is prohibited.

4. Sensitive replies

Opt-outs, legal and visa questions, compensation negotiations, hostile threads, and “am I talking to a person?” are always handled by a person.

5. Disclaimer and liability

We do not guarantee that interviews or hires will result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees received from the organization in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes

We may amend these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.

7. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the Tokyo District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes.
