Your approved scouts arrive.
Send Scouts in Headhunt.AI is the last click you make. The candidates you chose and the messages you approved are handed to Scout IQ from there. You sign in with the same account you already use for Headhunt.AI — once your organization is enabled, there's nothing new to set up on your side.
Sent from your mailbox, in your name.
Scouts and follow-ups leave from your own mailbox. Candidates see you — your name, your address — not a vendor domain. Replies come back into Scout IQ instead of piling up in your inbox waiting to be triaged.
Every reply read, classified, and answered in your voice.
When a candidate writes back, Scout IQ reads the thread, works out what kind of reply it is, and drafts the answer the way you'd write it. Every message is checked before it can be sent; if no message passes the check, nothing is sent and a person takes over the thread.
And a fixed set of sensitive cases is always handled by a person, regardless of settings: opt-outs, legal and visa questions, compensation negotiations, hostile threads, and “am I talking to a person?”
Your side of it is a Review queue — the threads that need you, with the whole conversation in front of you — and a Meetings list of what's been booked.
From “interested” to a time on the calendar.
Candidates are offered real open times from your calendar — Scout IQ only ever uses free/busy availability, never the contents of your events. When a time is agreed, the interview is booked with a Meet, Teams, or Zoom link, or as a phone call, and the candidate gets a confirmation.

Some replies go to a person every time, no matter how the system is set up: opt-outs, legal and visa questions, compensation negotiations, hostile threads, and “am I talking to a person?”
Never claims to be a person
Scout IQ never says it's human. If a candidate asks whether they're talking to a person, a person takes over.
One opt-out is enough
The candidate gets a short confirmation and isn't contacted again — in any campaign, permanently.
Nothing unchecked goes out
Every message is checked before it can be sent. No passing message, no send — a person takes the thread.
