From handoff to a booked interview.
Here's the path a single scout takes once Headhunt.AI hands it off — and where people are involved along the way.
1 · The handoff
Your approved scouts arrive from Headhunt.AI's Send Scouts. You sign in with the same account you use for Headhunt.AI — nothing new to set up on your side.
2 · Sending, in your name
Scouts and follow-ups leave from your own mailbox, so candidates see you. Replies come back into Scout IQ.
3 · Replies, worked in a queue
Each reply is read, classified, and answered in your voice — with a fixed set of sensitive cases always handled by a person: opt-outs, legal and visa questions, compensation negotiations, hostile threads, and “am I talking to a person?” You work a Review queue and a Meetings list.
4 · Scheduling, from real availability
Candidates are offered real open times from your calendar — we only use free/busy availability — and the interview is booked with a Meet, Teams or Zoom link, or a phone call. Candidates can also pick a time themselves on a booking page.
What you won't find, because it isn't there: Scout IQ never claims to be a person, and one opt-out is honored everywhere, permanently.
