How we work

Four operating principles.

Everyone who joins AgentRPO signs up to these. They're how we decide priorities, how we give feedback, and how we evaluate ourselves.

Software before headcount

Every workflow that can be automated, should be. We only hire for work that genuinely requires human judgment, relationship-building, or creative thinking. If you're about to spend a week doing something tedious, stop and ask if there's a tool for it first.

Candor with care

We give each other direct, specific feedback, positive and critical, quickly and without wrapping it in excessive cushioning. But always with the other person's growth in mind. Vague praise is not kindness; unclear criticism is not honesty.

Measure, then decide

Opinions and gut feelings have their place. But before we commit to a big change, a new pricing model, a new workflow, a new hire, we measure. Our ESAI.work analytics runs on us too. Weekly dashboards, monthly reviews, quarterly course corrections.

Stay close to the work

Partners still run searches. Engineers still talk to candidates. Nobody is too senior to be involved in the daily craft. The best ideas for Headhunt.AI come from recruiters who used it yesterday. The best recruiters improve because they see what AI can and can't do.
